Activity and Athletic Registration Process
Arbiter has purchased the RSchool Registration System for all Athletic/Activity Registrations. The new system is now available for use.
New physical forms have been released by MSHSAA
As physicals expire, students are required to have the new MSHSAA form. Students must have a current physical and new registration for each activity for each season. Physicals are good for 2 years unless noted by the physician. Please allow time for the activities office to review and clear your student before the first day of practice.
Permission to Participate/Handbook Agreement
Every student participant is required to have the following paperwork on file in the Activities Office.
- A current physical completed by an authorized medical professional (every 2 years) with proof of student health insurance with the MSHSAA participation certificate signed by a parent or guardian
- Emergency contact information
- Activities Handbook commitment form signed by the student and parent or guardian
- Social media contract
