With the new school year off to a start, there is so much you need to keep up with. Whether it's sports, school work or other activities there's a lot to keep up with, especially in this packed first semester. So let me tell you a little bit about dance. The GV Royal Talons are led by Coach and former Royal Talon Samantha Reyes, Mrs. Reyes is now going into her third year being the head coach of this squad. 

The Royal Talons consist of 20 girls, 5 of them being seniors this year. After highlighting Harper Ward for our first senior spotlight, and asking her what her favorite part of dance was she responded “My favorite part was during freshman year, during the first home football game. All the seniors did a good job at hyping everyone up, making it a super special moment for me.” If that doesn’t show what kind of sisterhood this squad consistently brings year after year I don’t know what does.
