The 2026 season has started for the Grain valley boys soccer team. This season highlights seniors Cooper Bousselot, Carter Cygan, Tavin Warren, Rayce Brown, Matthew Hampton and Andrew demara. These seniors are the heart of their team as they lead and try their best to compete at the highest level in conference and tournament games. Currently, the season has started a bit rocky with a 1-2 start with a win against Smithville 3-1 and losses to last year's state champion Van Horn 0-6 and Oak park 1-3. This is just the beginning for the Boys soccer team as they look to keep improving and make a run into districts this year. 

“Despite the rough season, I have faith that we are going to get better.” said by Luke Crawford a junior goalie for the Boys soccer team. With this motivation hopefully a shift in momentum can help shape a good strong season for the Boys and lead to great things this season.  Luke Crawford also says,”Coach lewis has been holding us responsible in practice to help us get better.” This shows high hope for the Boys soccer team.
